KLTV Public, Educational & Governmental Access Television for Cowlitz County, WA TV

Q: What kind of programming do you have on your channels?
A: We are a P.E.G. Station. We cable cast what you produce and bring us. If you want to see a certain type of show aired, produce it and bring it in. We will get it on the air in the order we recieve it. We also cable cast local government programs and have programming from the local schools.

Q: If I already have a show produced, how can I get it cable cast on one of KLTV's channels?
A: Just bring it by, we will air it in the order we recieve it.

Q: What do I do if I want to start producing a show for KLTV?
A: Your first step is to take the Orientation. Then you can sign up for public television production workshops and make use of KLTV equipment to produce and cable cast your own shows.

Q: Are KLTV production workshops expensive?
A: No. The Orientation is free and each of the workshops has a minimal cost per person. Workshops include JVC Camera, Final Cut Pro, Control Room and Studio Production.

Q: I work for a local non-profit that wants to cable cast a program, but I don't have time to learn how to produce it myself. Can I pay somebody to produce it for us?
A: Yes! Starting at $125 per half hour studio program or $35 per hour for a field production. Just bring in your idea and we will take care of the rest.

Q: How can I help at KLTV?
A: You can join us and volunteer to help with local programming. We are looking for people to help with Camera Operation, Editing, Producing, Computer Graphics and more.
